Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Cleveland Gaming Classic! To register, please review the following and submit your application for 2025 once registration is available (coming soon).
Once your application is submitted you will receive a response and/or an invitation to complete your configuration and purchase of your booth space. See further details below.

CHANGES FOR 2025
We are proud to be keeping our rates for Exhibitor Booths the same for 2025!
Booth sizes will remain the same for '25, with the industry standard 10' x 10' booth space, with additional pre-configured options for in-line booths, corners, end caps and islands.
Additionally, we are extending sale hours on SATURDAY, September 20, 2025 until 8PM based on our feedback - giving you extra hours for selling!
HOW TO APPLY
STEP 1: Complete and submit your application by hitting the big button below. You will receive an email confirmation of your submit application.
STEP 2: Check your inbox. We'll contact your regarding your application acceptance and a link to purchase your booth.
STEP 3: Hit the link in your inbox to configure and purchase your booth space. Your booth is not guaranteed until you have completed your purchase.
*IMPORTANT: We urge you to apply early and if/when accepted please configure and purchase your booth space as soon as possible. Booth spaces and locations will regularly be updated and published to exhibitors as they are purchased and filled.

After your application has been received and approved, you will receive an invitation to select your booth space and size.

Exhibitors at the Cleveland Gaming Classic should fit into the overall theme of our show, for example: gaming, video games, toys, tabletop, developers, collectibles, comics, memorabilia, art, cards, etc.

All booths start as an empty space, you can bring your own tables, chairs, table linens, racks, etc.

Booth electrical will be available for purchase and is not included in booths (with the exception of Indie Devs)

Free public WIFI is available at the IX Center, but CGC does not have any responsibility for the reliability of these services. If you require dedicated WIFI you can purchase this through SmartCity Networks in advance of the event

If you intend to sell, market or present something outside of these categories please contact us.

If you are looking for official event sponsorship and larger, customizable booth space - please contact us at show@gamecleveland.com regarding sponsorships, naming rights and other available opportunities.

If you intend to exclusively sell food, beverages, snacks or other consumables please DO NOT USE this form. You should contact the IX Center directly.

Specific booth placement is done by our committee to accommodate all vendors inside the exhibit hall and to maximize space. You will be informed of your booth number and location prior to the event.

All physical items pertaining to the vendor MUST fit within their booth space

Vendors are expected to operate their booth for the ENTIRE duration of the EVENT. Leaving before the close of the event is not permitted, unless special permission is given. Packing up early is not permitted and you may not be invited back as a result.

Move-in must be complete before start of show. Move-in hours are TBD but vendors should plan on loading-in on Friday, September 19, 2025 similar to 2024.

You may cancel your participation in Cleveland Gaming Classic at any time, subject to our cancellation (and less GrowTix processing fees, non-refundable) schedule as follows:
- ​More than 90 days from event: 100% refund

61 - 89 days from event: 50% refund.

60 days - 31 days from event: 25% refund.

30 days or less from event: no refunds.

Vendors who are required to have a seller's permit must have a copy with them at the event.

Vendors are also individually responsible for any State of Ohio sales and use tax obligations.

Terms of vendor registration may be subject to change.
BOOTH RECOGNITION & AWARDS
CGC is proud to recognize and reward exhibitors that go the extra mile in booth design, presentation, creativity and product display. The following winners were awarded a $278 credit towards their booth purchase at CGC '25 as a result of their amazing booths. All exhibitors are automatically eligible to enter into our Booth Recognition and Awards program. So bring your very best to CGC!
